WILD HARVESTED DRIED KUMARAHOU
Simmer Kumarahou (approximately 1/2 tsp per cup) for 10-15 minutes in a pot of boiling water until it reaches a deep amber colour.
Sweeten with honey and drink a cupful morning and evening for 1 week.
If necessary, discontinue use for 1 week before consuming for another week.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for about 1 week.
Halve the quantity for children.
For external use, add to bathing water.
If irritation occurs discontinue use.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
Kumarahou tonic is safe to refrigerate in an airtight container for about 1 week and can be reheated on the stove top.
